XWA Undisputed Championship
Alex Sean vs. Lion Merteuil
In a match that was originally scheduled for XWA Christmas Kaos, Lion Merteuil sets out to claim a title that he believes to be rightfully his by defeating the legend Alex Sean. Much has been said of their first encounter in 2005 where Alex Sean tested Merteuil's spirit by unloading a barrage of unspeakable punishment only to be upset by the young superstar. Since then these two men have led different paths; Lion Merteuil finding career-defining success in PRW and Alex Sean struggling to find his place at a time in his career where some believe his best days had passed him by. While Merteuil was enforcing a record-breaking reign as the PRW Undisputed Champion, Alex Sean was battling his own uncertainty as well as being partnered with one of his most bitter enemies; DGX. While Lion Merteuil was cementing his status as one of the premier talents in the business and a true legend of the PRW ranks, Alex Sean fell into a heroin addiction that nearly cost him his life. It seemed impossible that these two men would ever meet again, but as it was clear on the day they fought; These two men were destined to meet again. After overcoming his addiction and rekindling the flames of passion to compete, Alex Sean underwent the difficult task of reopening the XWA alongside former WFWF President King Kraig. Seeking to continue the lineage of the past, Alex Sean negotiated PRW into splitting the XWA Undisputed Title from it's PRW Undisputed Title; A belt that Lion Merteuil then held. Then, at a press conference where Alex Sean announced the separation of the titles, Lion Merteuil crashed the festivities in outrage of losing what he felt was a title he had rightful ownership to. Following XWA Genesis where Alex Sean stepped down as XWA CEO and thus granting King Kraig full ownership of the company, the stage was set for these two men to lock horns once again. Now, after having lost his PRW Undisputed Title at PRW Christmas Carnage, Lion Merteuil has something to prove and nothing to lose. By defeating Alex Sean, he will not only claim the XWA Undisputed Championship, but cement his status as the best in the business and forever end any debate over whether or not his win over Alex Sean in 2005 was some sort of anomoly or fluke. For Alex Sean, this is his first chance to prove once again that he is one of the top competitors in the business and defeat a man who has bested him in the past, but defeat a man who is considered by many to be the very best in the business. At XWA The Final Countdown, for the XWA Undisputed Championship, at the end of the day it will all come down to the age old question; Who wants it the most?

Singles Grudge Match
EBR vs. DGX
After defeating Calvin Lee at Genesis EBR made his intentions regarding DGX clear. So clear, in fact, that King Kraig took notice and decided to let both men settle their differences the old fashioned way. Later EBR took it up a notch by costing DGX his Heavyweight Title at WFWF's Scars and Stripes. In a match with stems from the WFWF and the XWA, DGX will face his former protege, EBR. For EBR it's a chance to avenge the brutal assault he suffered at the hands of DGX four months ago. And for DGX, an opportunity to add EBR to his list of victories and cement his status as the greatest wrestler in the history of the XWA.

Number One Contender's Match
Rose vs. Dan Bennett
After an exhausting win over "The Rated X Superstar" Hutton Brown, a triumphant Dan Bennett now sets his sights on title gold... Sort of. The Original XWA Heavyweight belt may not be an officially sanctioned title in the new XWA, but that doesn't seem to matter to its current holder Rose or his tag team partner Lucifer "The MadDog" McMahon. Hoping to continue his current and controversial winning streak, the self-proclaimed Heavyweight Champion Rose will face off against the man known as "The Wonder" in what looks to be a hell of a match!

XWA vs. PRW vs. WFWF Challenge
Jester vs. Hutton Brown vs. Trace Demon
When the Talent Exchange Programs with the WFWF and PRW were announced, questions arose as to how these stars of rival companies could possibly co-exist under one roof. More importantly, how would the top stars of other companies fare against the very best their rivals had to offer? Perhaps no match since the reformation of the XWA could serve to answer that very question more than what has been dubbed the "XWA vs. PRW vs. WFWF Challenge". Three men, all current or former World Champions in their respective organizations, will wage war on behalf of their home turf to find out truly which company reigns supreme. Representing the XWA, former XWA Heavyweight Champion "The Funnyman" Jester. Through happenstance and bad luck, we've yet to see Jester in the XWA ring since the reformation of the company and many question his mind-state coming on. Jester has historically been an unpredictable man, but his ability to inflict unspeakable violence on others is well documented and, though he has proven to be a loose cannon in the past, that element of surprise and danger perhaps makes him more suited for the job of representing this company than anyone. Representing PRW will be Hutton Brown. Expectations were high for his debut and he delivered, defeating JR Judy at XWA Genesis. Since then he went on to be upset by the returning Dan Bennett and insiders question if he truly has what it takes to compete at the highest level in the XWA. Regardless, he is one of the best and brightest of PRW and is more than capable of acquiring a victory on behalf of the company that he hails from, whether he likes it or not. Finally, representing the WFWF, is it's Director and World Heavyweight Champion Trace Demon. Trace Demon has risen from the ranks of the WFWF House Show circuit and mid-card to a position of enormous power and success, defeating the XWA Legend DGX at WFWF Scars and Stripes for the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship with the help of EBR. He now looks to rise up in the XWA and prove the WFWF as the superior company in professional wrestling. Three organizations, three men, and one winner. Who will pull out the victory in this important battle for inter-promotional supremacy?

Singles Competition
K1LL3R 1NST1NCT 3 vs. Chris Chaos
For a man without a single actual match having taken place in the XWA, the former K1LL3R 1NST1NCT 3 has accrued a certain level of momentum coming in to his match with the up and coming Chris Chaos. In the past, K13 was regarded as a novelty act portraying a man from the future coming back in time with the goal of claiming the top spot in the WFWF. That was not to be as he led several short, unsuccessful runs concluding with what appeared to be a career ending injury at the hands of EBR. Nobody expected K13 to be able to walk, let alone compete with Commie Albert for the Communal Title but he surprised us all, alligning with former XWA Superstar KC Krystal and laying out Commie Albert before the match even began. With a new and improved disposition and focus, the man who has denounced the name of K1LL3R 1NST1NCT 3 in favor of one we have not yet been told sets out to get his first win at XWA The Final Countdown. Standing in his way, however, is the red-hot Chris Chaos. Coming in as part of the WFWF/XWA Talent Exchange Program, it's safe to say Chris Chaos was something of a dark horse acquisition. With two straight wins, including a victory over the established PRW veteran JR Judy, Chris Chaos is on a serious roll with his goals set straight to the top. Will Chris Chaos continue his winning streak by defeating the reinvented man once known at K1LL3R 1NST1NCT 3, or will K13's newfound mean streak prove to be too much for the young lion?
